While I don't currently use any source control (I know, I know), the Community Edition is pretty much ready to integrate with Team Foundation Server (TFS also has a free version - the 'Express Edition', I think it's called -В if you want to use that and meet basically the same requirements), Git and other such systems (although I haven't delved too deeply into all of the options available). I started using it as I am the only person doing any programming/development in my company, and it seems to have all of the bells and whistles necessary to do pretty much anything and everything I could want it to do, and more.
